What is DNC Scrubbing?
The National Do Not Call Registry is a database maintained by the United States federal government, listing the telephone numbers of individuals and families who have requested that telemarketers not contact them.
Since the creation of the DNC registry, telemarketers are legally required not to call DNC numbers. Violations may attract penal action and penalties.Before a call is made, the number, through software, is scrubbed against the DNC list to ensure it isn’t one of the numbers listed. This practice is known as DNC scrubbing.
DNC scrubbing ensures that telemarketing companies do not contact numbers in the registry. Now, this list is constantly being updated as more and more consumers sign their numbers up. What this means is that companies would have to update their list as well to be on the safe side. As a matter of fact, they are mandated to do so once every 15 days.

How This Works

You purchase the plan appropriate to your needs. Or if you need to test, sign up for a free trial of a 1000 numbers.

As soon as you purchase a plan, your account will be credited with the count of scrubbable numbers in your plan - valid for calendar month.

You may then login to the DNC portal (credentials sent to your email id) and upload lead lists as flat text files containing one 10 digit number per line. The portal will keep count of the numbers processed. There is no limit on the number of files you can process until you exhaust your total count purchased.

Leads will be scrubbed and standard or customisable reports may be downloaded as csv files.

Should you exhaust your plan before its expiry and have more numbers to process, you could buy an appropriate top up from a large range to get you by until the plan expiry date.
